Philosopher, Visionary, and Spiritual Leader
Life's journey can take us on unexpected paths. Such is the story of Swami Yugal Sharan, whose journey from a brilliant scientist to a monk exemplifies the transformative power of spiritual awakening. Co-founder of the Braj Gopika Seva Mission, his life is a testament to inner exploration and devotion.
Born into a Vaishnav family, he was a child prodigy who completed his master's degree and served the Government of India as a Senior Scientist for the Geological Survey of India for 10 years. However, a profound search for the ultimate goal of life led him to Vrindavan, where he met his Guru, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, in 1994. On October 17, 2000, Shri Maharaj Ji conferred upon him the holy robes, heralding a new wave of global spiritual awakening.
Our true, eternal relationship is with Lord Shree Krishna. All other material relationships in this world are transient.
In order to attain the Divine, one must engage completely in Navadha Bhakti (devotion) and selfless service with body, mind, and soul.
The ultimate achievement and purpose of human life is to attain the grace and divine love (Prema) of Shri Krishna.
